Computer embroidery electrical control maintenance and daily maintenance

Computer embroidery electrical control system plays a huge role as the commander of computer embroidery machine. Therefore, users should pay attention to the following during the operation:

Power-on interval

Maintain a time interval of at least one minute between two power-on starts to prevent the computer commercial embroidery machine from causing system failure due to repeated continuous power-on and power-off.

2. The working environment should be clean and the electronic control system products require working in a relatively clean and ventilated environment. As an operator, we need to do it. Do not stack debris around the equipment chassis to facilitate heat dissipation and avoid excessive dust entering the chassis.

3. Power outage

In the event of a sudden power outage, we should first disconnect the main power switch, so that the power switch of the computer embroidery machine is in the "OFF" position, and then adjust the machine to the normal working position, so as to avoid personal injury and machine damage when calling again.

4. Overheat protection

The main power switch contains the overheat protection function. If the overheat protection switch is activated, it must be closed after a delay of 3 minutes and the fault is determined.

5. Operation of the keyboard

The operation keyboard is the most used part of the normal operation, so it is also the most vulnerable to damage, so avoid the scratch operation of the keyboard when the fingernail or stick body is pressed in use.

In addition, the use of buttons requires a jog method, and you cannot use your fingers to slide on the keyboard. This not only easily causes the keys to be misaligned, but also causes keyboard damage, which directly affects the use of the whole machine.

6. Disk use and storage

A disk drive is a sophisticated mechatronic device. We need to identify the direction when inserting the disk. Do not remove the disk while the disk is being read (the green light is on), which will seriously damage the disk drive.

The disk in which the pattern is stored is a magnetic material. When storing it, keep away from objects with strong magnetic fields such as magnets and TV sets, otherwise it will cause damage to the disk and data loss. At the same time, keep it clean and avoid pressure and humidity.

7. Monochrome, pseudo color LCD display contrast adjustment

Only limited to adjust the clarity of 5.7-inch monochrome, pseudo-color LCD. Adjustment method: adjust the sharpness by adjusting the potentiometer on the circuit board through the adjustment hole on the back cover of the operation box.

8. LCD screen protection

The LCD should be protected from direct sunlight and should not be touched with sharp objects to avoid permanent damage caused by scratching the LCD surface.

9. Chassis cleaning

Regularly remove dust from the machine to ensure that the equipment is always running at its best; clean dust should be cleaned with clean compressed air and a soft brush.

Wipe the chassis regularly to prevent any oil from adhering to the chassis or into the chassis. Check whether the fan on the chassis is working properly and the cooling holes are clear.

10. Electrical basic maintenance

It is worth noting that the electronic control equipment must be turned off before the power supply is maintained.

Regularly check whether the grounding device (usually outdoors) is intact, whether the ground wire terminal is loose or the contact is poor due to rust. Whether the lead wires of the main grounding bar in the chassis are well connected; regularly check whether the power supply cable is fixed and connected to the main terminal block; check the electrical connection of the peripheral electrical components regularly, and whether the insulation protection of each connection point and connecting cable is intact. ,No damage.

11. Precautions for long-term unused re-enablement

If the computerized embroidery machine has not been used for a long time, when it is re-enabled, first of all, professional technicians should be required to check the machine before power-on. Secondly, we need to clean the dust inside the control box. If the control box is obviously wet, hot air must be used. Dry; check that the terminal supply voltage is correct? Are all types of electrical connections reliable? Check that all types of cables are well insulated? Is there any damage to the skin? Check that the ground wire of the rack is secure? Perform insulation measurement and inspection, etc.

12. Maintenance for temporary suspension of use

The computerized embroidery machine that is temporarily suspended should be energized regularly (it should be energized once every 2 to 3 days), and each power supply lasts for more than 1 hour.
